Delete Your Account
You can delete your Arionixa account anytime through your account settings. This removes your personal information and financial data from our active systems within 48 hours. Some records are retained for seven years to meet Australian tax and financial regulations, but they're moved to secure archival storage with restricted access.
Restrict Processing
If you want to keep your account but limit how we use certain data, you can adjust these settings in your privacy preferences. For example, you can disable usage analytics while still using the core budgeting features.
Object to Processing

Inactive Accounts
If you haven't logged into Arionixa for 24 months, we'll send a reminder email. After 30 months of inactivity, accounts are automatically archived. You can reactivate anytime by logging back in within three years of your last session.
International Data Transfers
Arionixa primarily operates within Australia, but some technical infrastructure crosses borders.
Our backup systems include servers in Singapore, chosen for geographic disaster recovery purposes. These facilities maintain security standards equivalent to Australian requirements. Any data transferred internationally is encrypted and subject to the same privacy protections outlined in this policy.
We don't transfer personal information to countries without adequate privacy protections as defined by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Continuing to use Arionixa after policy changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you can delete your account before the effective date.
Complaints and Disputes
